The floor is laid, transitions and trim are fitted, and the room is cleaned so the new floor is the only thing you notice.

Flooring Installation FAQs
Do you supply the flooring?
Flooring can be customer-supplied or included in the project. The written scope states which applies, along with the underlayment and transitions being used.
Do you move furniture?
Furniture can be moved within the scope so the floor can be installed properly, and the room is returned once the work and cleanup are complete.
Can you fix a soft or bouncy subfloor?
Localized subfloor preparation, leveling and fastening are part of the work. Widespread structural subfloor replacement is outside our scope and needs the appropriate licensed contractor.
Is tile included?
Yes. Tile floor installation, localized tile repair, grout repair and re-caulking are all priced line items, and shower tile is handled under the bathroom scope.
How is the price shown?
Most flooring work is priced per square foot installed, with demolition, prep and repairs itemized separately so you can see what each part costs.
