How our Cary-area planning prices work and what changes a final quote.
No. It is a realistic planning amount within the displayed Cary-area range. The final scope and price are confirmed in writing.
Each price line explains its material policy. Customer-selected fixtures and finish materials are generally separate unless specifically included.
The minimum scheduled project total is $175. If the combined price of the selected services is less than $175, the project total is adjusted to $175. It is never an additional fee added on top of the selected services.
Many routine repairs can be priced after reviewing clear photographs and measurements. Complex, structural or concealed-condition projects require an on-site assessment.
We do not offer electrical work. Plumbing and heating or cooling work is limited to narrowly defined minor repairs on existing fixtures and equipment.
Height, access, concealed damage, material selection, permits, code corrections, specialty equipment and expanded scope can change the total.
Reliable Home Handyman LLC provides defined-scope repairs, installations, maintenance and cosmetic improvements. Projects valued at $40,000 or more, structural alterations and work requiring a North Carolina licensed general contractor are not offered.

If it involves a home, chances are we can help. Contact us today and we’ll let you know if it’s a project we can take on.
