Licensed Work Notice

Reliable Home Handyman LLC is not a licensed North Carolina general contractor, electrical contractor, plumbing contractor or heating and air-conditioning contractor, and does not offer, quote, schedule or perform work requiring those licenses. We do not offer electrical work of any kind. Plumbing and heating or cooling work is limited to narrowly defined minor repairs on existing fixtures and equipment. Required permits and inspections are determined by the project location and scope.

Pricing Questions

How our Cary-area planning prices work and what changes a final quote.

Is the “Typical around” amount my final price?

No. It is a realistic planning amount within the displayed Cary-area range. The final scope and price are confirmed in writing.

Are materials included?

Each price line explains its material policy. Customer-selected fixtures and finish materials are generally separate unless specifically included.

What is the minimum service visit?

The recommended minimum is $175 for travel, setup and up to the first hour of eligible standard handyman labor.

Can you quote a project from photographs?

Many routine repairs can be priced after reviewing clear photographs and measurements. Complex, structural or concealed-condition projects require an on-site assessment.

Do you handle electrical, plumbing or heating and air-conditioning work?

We do not offer electrical work. Plumbing and heating or cooling work is limited to narrowly defined minor repairs on existing fixtures and equipment. Anything beyond that, and any project valued at $40,000 or more, must be contracted directly with the appropriate North Carolina licensed contractor.

Why might my project fall above the displayed range?

Height, access, concealed damage, material selection, permits, code corrections, specialty equipment and expanded scope can change the total.
