These terms apply to your use of the Reliable Home Handyman LLC website, our online quote and contact forms, and any customer account you create here.

If you do not agree with these terms, please contact us by phone or email instead of using the website forms or creating an account.

Prices shown on this website are planning prices published to help you budget. They are not an offer, a bid, or a confirmed quote.

Work is performed only after we provide a written scope and price for your specific project and you approve it. The written scope and price control if anything on this website differs from it.

The minimum scheduled project total is $175. If the combined price of the selected services is less than $175, the project total is adjusted to $175. The minimum is not an additional fee added on top of the selected services.

Certain services are limited by North Carolina licensing requirements. We do not advertise or perform work that requires a license we do not hold, including electrical contracting, panel upgrades, new circuits, complete plumbing installation, and complete heating and air-conditioning system installation.

Austin holds an EPA Section 608 Universal technician certification, which is a federal certification for refrigerant handling only. It is not a North Carolina heating and air-conditioning contractor license, and Reliable Home Handyman does not hold one. Our heating and cooling work is limited to minor repair and maintenance on existing residential equipment.

When you submit a quote request or build a project list, you are asking us to review your project and respond with a written scope and price. Submitting a request does not schedule work and does not create an agreement to perform work.

Please submit accurate information and only photographs of property you are authorized to share. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for your own property and project information.

Selecting the Real Estate Professional role does not by itself grant professional privileges. Any professional-only feature requires review and approval by Reliable Home Handyman before it becomes active on your account.

You may ask us to close your account and delete your submissions and photographs by emailing the address below.

Do not use this website to submit automated, abusive, or fraudulent requests, to attempt to access another customer's information, or to interfere with the operation or security of the website.

We may decline or remove a submission and may suspend an account that appears to violate these terms.

Project photographs, written content, and the Reliable Home Handyman name and logo on this website belong to Reliable Home Handyman LLC and may not be reused without permission.

Website content is provided as-is for informational purposes. We work to keep it accurate, but published planning prices and service descriptions can change.

We may update these terms as our website and services change. The effective date below indicates when the current version took effect.
