Years of weather had left the stairs and lower landing worn and unstable looking, with failing boards and a finish that had faded unevenly across the structure.

- Replaced and re-secured worn boards and treads
- Tightened and repaired the existing railing and posts
- Sanded and prepared all exterior wood surfaces
- Applied a fresh protective stain finish to the stairs and landing
